Duration: Permanent
Part-time: 16 hours per week
Location: Home Park Stadium and ancillary sites
Plymouth Argyle Women Football Club are seeking a dedicated and experienced Goalkeeping Coach to join our growing coaching staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality goalkeeper training sessions with a primary focus on the first-team. This role involves developing technical, tactical, and physical aspects of goalkeeping, ensuring alignment with the club's overall football philosophy.
Key Responsibilities
• Attend all PAWFC first-team training sessions and match days.
• Plan, deliver, and review engaging goalkeeper-specific training sessions (aligned with team schedules).
• Support goalkeepers during match days, including warm-ups, tactical preparation, and post-match feedback.
• Conduct individual performance analysis and provide constructive feedback to support development.
• Collaborate with the Head Coach and wider coaching staff to integrate goalkeepers into team tactics.
• Monitor and track the progress of all goalkeepers, maintaining records and development plans.
• Attend club meetings, CPD sessions, and represent the club in a professional manner.
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance environment across the club.

• Familiarity with video analysis tools and performance tracking software.
Qualifications
• Minimum of UEFA C Licence or The FA Level 2 in Coaching Football (E)
• Hold or working towards The FA National Goalkeeping Course (E)
• Valid FA CRB Enhanced Check (Immediately)
• FA Safeguarding workshop – (E)
