Classic Builders & Argyle Skydive raises £30k for St Luke's

A skydive organised by Argyle's front-of-shirt sponsors Classic Builders and involving several Argyle employees, has raised more than £30,000 for St Luke’s Hospice.

First-team coach Kevin Nancekivell, Head of Finance David Ray, and commercial team members Sam Greenfield, Matt Kimberley and Keira Bassett all leapt from 15,000 feet on Sunday, joining 32 others in raising funds for a wonderful cause.

The jump took place at Dunkeswell Airfield, near Honiton – but those taking to the skies had a wait on their hands. Inclement weather in the morning delayed the planes, meaning an anxious afternoon waiting for the clouds to part. A huge thank you to the team at Skydive Buzz, not only for staying late, but for being incredibly helpful and supporting the team of jumpers, some of whom were understandably nervous.

Thank you to everyone who has donated. You can continue to do at bit.ly/ClassicSkydive
