Priority Points System | 2025/26 Update

As advertised at the launch of the priority points system, points that supporters accumulate will be on their accounts for two historical seasons plus the current season.

When the third season ends, points accumulated during the first season will be wiped clear.

As we enter the 2025/26 season, points accumulated during the 2022/23 season will now expire. Please expect to see a change to your points tally as this happens.

As was the case previously, points are added to your account on the following scale:

Season Ticket Holders
Season Ticket - 230 points (per season)

Matches
League Home - 10 points
League Away - 10 points
Emirates FA Cup Home or Away - 5 points
Carabao Cup Home or Away - 5 points

Points will not be awarded for tickets purchased when paying on the day at any away venue.

Points can only be awarded once, so if you are making purchases for other supporters, please ensure you assign their details at point of purchase for them to be awarded their points.

Points will only be allocated once to each supporter (even if they purchase a series of tickets).

In order to get points, tickets must be purchased under an individual Supporter ID. Once a purchase is complete, we cannot assign or transfer points.
