Argyle’s first-ever front-of-shirt sponsor Beacon Electrical will once again take up that position on the Argyle Green for the 2025/26 season, appearing on the men’s team shirts.

Beacon Electrical is a local electrical brand that first sponsored the club in 1983 and has a long and proud history as a Plymouth-based business.

They also hold a key position in Home Park’s history, recently sponsoring the Mayflower Grandstand and taking pride of place on the front of Argyle Women’s shirts last season.

Upon the announcement, Argyle Head of Commercial Sam Greenfield, said: “We’re delighted that Beacon Electrical have agreed to become our men’s front-of-shirt sponsor for the 2025/26 season.

“They became our first ever front-of-shirt sponsor 42 years ago, and will once again adorn the men’s shirt this season.

“We have been proud to work with such a reputable local business throughout Argyle’s history and have particularly renewed the relationship in the past few years with Beacon Electrical sponsoring the Mayflower Grandstand and women’s front-of-shirt last season.

“I’m thrilled we’ve been able to agree this partnership and look forward to seeing the Beacon Electrical logo at football grounds throughout the country this season.”
